OLIVIA EDWARDS - Olivia’s dedication to the real estate industry and to her many clients spans since 1984. Oliiva's passionate commitment has earned her entry into the t op 1% of all Sales Associates nationwide and election as 2008 President-Elect of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR). She is also a member director of California Association of Realtors (CAR).
Olivia's constant and never-ending improvement mindset has earned her real estate industy awards and professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist CRS, ePro and a Certified New Homes Specialist. As a Feng Shui strategist who reads and writes Chinese, she has served as a guest lecturer at the College of San Mateo. She joins McGuire from Keller Williams where she was a Realtor and a Productivity Coach. She continues to help train and coach agents to build and grow their real estate business. Olivia lives in Redwood City with her husband Gary and their two adorable Corgi’s named Emma and Sara. They love gardening, going to the beach, movies and family gatherings. MARY MURPHY - Mary was born in London, earning a teaching degree from the University of London she worked 5 years as a High School teacher before emigrating to the U.S. in the late 1970’s. Mary has worked in the Real Estate industry for many of the top real estate companies and in 1993 she achieved entry into the top 100 Re/Max Realtors in California.
During the late 1990’s Mary used her business building skills to co-found an Internet company. In 2005 she joined Keller Williams Realty as Manager quickly building the San Mateo California office from 34 to 110 agents in one year.
Mary welcomed an opportunity to join the most established and admired real estate Company in the Bay Area, McGuire Real Estate. She currently serves on the Strategic Planning Task Force for the San Mateo County Association of Realtors. Mary is an avid reader, loves the theatre and music, and takes joy in sharing her real estate knowledge with fellow agents. She lives in Burlingame, CA with her husband John.
